Kosins is a special event rental company that focuses on providing superior customer service and selection within the market. In continuing their effort to grow in the region, Kosins wanted their digital presence and accessibility to match that of their in-house service. They wanted a website that would help customers and demonstrate what kind of partner Kosins will be in planning their next event.
Our teams worked together to create a digital solution that not only explained Kosins’ message but provided stellar customer service before people even talked with a representative. This was done by creating a streamlined user experience to help customers with dynamic tent recommendations based on event information they already know. From there, customers could automatically create a quote for their event based on Kosins tent recommendations and selecting other elements from Kosins comprehensive digital product catalog.
Since the site has launched, Kosins has seen strong results with a 78% increase in traffic, over a 300% increase in users’ time on site, and a 46% decrease in people bouncing off the site.
